with rape. Sperm is not required for DNA testing anything you leave
behind in the form of fiber, hair, skin cells or even the part
of the body that was touched by your bare naked skin can be used to
trace DNA. Whether there are eye-witness or not is not important.
90% of rape cases happened without eye-witness and most are
successfully persecuted.
Secondly, signs of the vagina being torn is not only used to
gauge intercourse, it is used to prove other signs that cannot be
faked like forced entry, carnal readiness and other signs of
unwillingness during the intercourse.
Thirdly, USE YOUR BRAIN, you are nowhere near becoming a
criminal mastermind with this kind of criminal knowledge. I have
seen 13 years old who are more criminally intelligent than you
