To be fair, most of the cards were justified.
Both sides were coming to blows. Holland further ignited it by not
giving the ball back to Portugal during a restart of the game,
unsportsman-like behaviour. All lose beh kum muan. 
That said, when I saw who was the referee, I knew there will be a
lot of cards.
