Hmmm, if you don't mind me saying. Those websites are super biased against circumcision. In fact, The only reason why they exist is to form an argument AGAINST circumcision. So I wouldn't say it as wrong information but as an opinion to this issue.

Try not to do that again LOL. The other form of phimosis is paraphimosis. Phimosis is when the foreskin is too tight to be pulled back behind the glans. Paraphimosis is when a guy with phimosis forces the foreskin to go behind the glans, and gets stuck there. Listen to eagle, stretch it everyday in warm water. And AVOID THE TINY CUTS AT ALL COST. Scar tissue makes it TIGHTER, not looser. So if tiny cuts start to form, STOP. BTW, how old are you? Cause it may be a age problem... I hope.

I think I may have a little of a tight foreskin or something. When i'm either flaccid or erected, I can retract the foreskin back like 1/3 of over the glan but not fully. Is this okay enough or need I go for full retraction? Need some help and advice please. Thanks in advance.

First question: HOW OLD ARE YOU? Age plays a very important factor in this. A younger male will have a tighter foreskin, definitely. If you're older than 16, see a doctor. Go for full retraction through gentle stretching each day.

For me, I'm over 20 and had the same problem, and just a week of pulling back slowly enables me to pull back fully already =D
