BDSM is more than just bashing. There's bondage (tying up and mummification), inducement of pain (spanking, flagellation or clipping of body parts) and role-playing (scenes, master & slave, domination).

there are many other reason she could press charges for eg. threatening for money, quarrel, or whenever the girl wants to get her revenge on the person. man will be on the losing end?
