well thats another issue totally, at least on the onset the guy
is provided some protection too( assuming one thinks the protection
is warranted for both sexes.). i do think some changes should be
made to the biasness of the laws and perceptions too.
attention should be focused on education but removing potential and
needless pitholes is important too. educate all you like and
informed choice as it is, the issue of unfairness, injustice and
other problems are still there and need to be resolved. take for
instance a law saying its now illegal to touch your partner unless
in a direct act of procreation( abit extreme i know) so just
because its explained and known to you the law is ok and more
efforts should be turned on telling pple about the law?
erm well i find thats the wrong attitude to take. while it may be
unrealistic or impossible to catch, such a law should still be
eliminated for the unwanted, useless, needless and senseless
controls it renders. In any case, what if some one entered the
wrong room and caught them at it? the problem now is why should it
be banned and to get it unbanned if its not reasonable or needed;
not just saying because people won't be caught we shall leave it.
that sort of behaviour might in the end lead to all rights and
possibilites being denied.
