The government got to do something. Afterall they want to
justify our tax dollars. Didn't they make international news or
rather laughing stock with the oral sex saga.
Anyway, lots of people are saying it is age 16. But the Penal Code
375 says 14. So, there, not trying to encourage teenagers to engage
in such conducts. But people should get their facts right. Educated
as we may be.
