Having sex with a minor below 14, with or without concent is
deemed statutory rape. So even if you got the ger's consent, still
consider as rape. This is wat is meant by the legal age of
consent.
However, also covered under Woman's Charter 145, in the protection
of women against offences, having carnal intercourse with a girl
under the age of 16, with or without her consent is also an
offence. Thus effectively, the legal age for a ger to have sex is
16.
