.....Anyone love this simple root vegetable? I'm a regular eater of this. Normally I bought those smaller size of the japanese version shown in picture (but grown in vietnam). It is not expensive and pack with nutritons. In fact I prefered sweet potatos to fruits....

When you pop the sweet potato into aluminium foil and dump them in the dying charcoal, they caramelize and become sooooooo sweet and fragrant!

I went to Sweet Potato Place at Suntec City and bought 2 baked sweet potatoes for about $4.50. A bit on the pricey side, but it's convenient and my satisfaction was about 85%, so I'll go back and buy it again. :P

It's best to buy these sweet potatoes off those vendors peddling their sweet potatoes off a metal drum, on a wintery day in China.

.....white kind of sweet potato they used? There're so many, purple, orange, yellow. They only sell baked potato? Yeahh, that's expensive just for two, baked yourself better... try the australia variety, very juicy!

Last time baked for the babies to eat, then I try steaming it.

Somehow, steaming is more watery but the sugar machiam like in the water, so babies had a easier time eating them, then choking on them.
