Baked Sweet Potato

.....white kind of sweet potato they used? There're so many, purple, orange, yellow. They only sell baked potato? Yeahh, that's expensive just for two, baked yourself better... try the australia variety, very juicy!

What Australian variety? Is it what the supermarkets always label "golden" or something? Guaranteed sweet or not? If guaranteed, then I go buy :p

They use purple and white (looks white-ish on the outside but it's pale yellow inside) potatoes. By default they will give you the white one, and you can request for the purple one, but the white one is a lot sweeter and more fragrant than the purple one.

Sweet potatoes I prefer to eat them with honey than maple syrup...

Quite the contrary lol. If I eat at night I'll pass wind for the whole next day.

But I still eat it since its so sweet and filling. My mom used to bake these all the time...

.....that's right, they label it "golden". They are from australia, inside dark orange golden colour, much much sweeter and JUCIER than the japanese kind. A bit expensive though.....
