If want traditional, maybe you can try Beng Tin at OCBC
building. Serve traditional hokkien fare, very old establishment.
Alternatively, Beng Hiang at amoy street also serves the same kind
of food but I feel their quality not as good, but cheaper. Also
another old establishment.
If you feel that your pocket is very deep, you can try Peach
Garden, also at OCBC building. Food is very fine dining. But must
reservation. Dunno now still got anot coz very few seats one.
Of course the others like the Tung Lok group restaurants or
Crystal Jade I don't think need any introduction lah...
