MooKu SG me too! my mom always complains how her CKT dries up when she dabaos it.. but i like it dry... then it must also be sweet enough... must have lup cheong... i hate taugay in my CKT..

skeujin SG yah i like dry CKT. n also must eat on the spot with hum chuay chuay.... if u dont want tau gay got one stall on uper level of army market. they add green leafy vege on the CKT after frying. supposedly healthier. but i will always go the stall onthe lower level cause more sinful n tastier.... good CKT = hum chuay chuay = bak you chuay chuay....
skeujin SG CKT no egg one. but my parents eat it in a weird way. they old school style. will mix with char siew perng n eat. last time i thought it was weird but end up i tried n realised. it make the CKT less oily n kinda nicer...
