my friends and I also sold them for school bazaar in NP. those simple bread and icecream. we initially sell for $1.80 (or 4 for $6).

then left about 9 pieces, sell 3 for $1. Laughing

let me reveal something...
the cost price? it cost bout 70cents. so margin quite good.

students like it alot. but my mom dont understand whats happening.. i bring some home to cook, end up drinking hot choc.

waraku also got sell fried ice cream but it is something like flour wrap over the ice cream and fried not very tasty though

Some buffets serve it. Ellenborough Cafe used to serve it last time but I'm not so sure about now. Mr. Green

superb desert uses chilled fresh durian paste n fried it dough!
and lit fire on it when serving it to u! OSHH
taste crispy on the outside ice cold in side. SUPERB!

There is a stall selling fried ice cream along Upper Bukit Timah Road, opposite Beauty World Centre. Its one of the stalls there.
