rane SG yumy yumi, me like pumpkin, too!! Just bought pumpkin for 50 cents from Sheng Siong. I usually fried pumpkin with dried shriumps, it tastes real good! Recipe : 1) Soak dried shriumps for about 15 mins 2) Cut pumpkin into pieces and wash it. 3) Prepare garlic 3 to 4 pieces, cut into small pieces. 4) Remove dried shriumps from the water. Retain water for use later. Fry dried shriumps. Add garlic. Fry until frangrant. 5) Add pumpkin, fry for a while then add dried shriump water. 6) Thereafter cover the wok for a couple of minutes. 7) Check if the pumpkin is cooked. If it is then it's ready to eat. Yumi, yumi!! Hope you like the recipe!
