There are alot of wild boar in pulau tekong, wild boar tends to have less fats compare to domestic pig, abit salty.

No need to go all the way to Malaysia.. theres one at the hawker center next to fu lu shou complex at bugis... can't remember the name but i recall its right at the end of one row... the meat is though but really tasty. Smile

Its wild boar.. im not sure where they get it from though... but worth trying.. not too pricey also!

how can u tell? or can u look at the meat in their stall?

you can see the meat when they are cutting it up. the meat is also very tough and has a robust meaty flavour to it.

The stall is just opposite Fu Lu Shou complex.. its in a hawker center cum wet market. all i remember is that it is on the right hand side when you get to the top of the staircase.. its the 1st store of one of the rows... really sorry, but i havent been there for a long time Confused
