8689L is still perm sv13 and I just rode it this afternoon and it has the sv13 perm stix. It does the 2.40pm slot towards Yck at Still rd everyday when I head out.

Wonder why someone edited it to be out of sv13 fleet when it isn't.

On the other hand, 9425A is also spotted on sv13 today with a new perm stix. It replaces 9148A which is missing for about 2 weeks already. It does the 9148A slot in the evening at Upp East Coast like today. I also rode it in the evening.

But 8689L is in with new perm stix about 2 weeks ago and it seems to be covering 9091D slots. It reaches still rd at about 2.40 and 5.45 slots. 9425A is also in with new perm stix this week. 8689L is definitely in but if im wrong, then what slot is it covering?

All the other Kubs are still spotted this weeks and also the DDs. 9150S is still on too. Could 8689L be covering one of either the premium service slots or 13A another possible question.

Doesnt necessary mean perm cause some bus drivers tend to put guides on the bus it is cameoing. This happens more often these days when a perm bus cameos on another.

Then what could likely be the replacement for sv147? Seems to me that it is seen on sv147 often though.

It's in-between 2 DDs, and the gap isn't that wide. Plus it off around 8pm, so I guess it's still okay.
