having 10 regulars and 9 splits would tell you the demand for
966 is very peakish. You can say that off peak demand is about 25%
of peak demand, factoring in that off peak loads are not full to
begin with.
There are other services that has a weightage of similar kind,
96, 151, 183, 806, some JIS services are some
examples.
Since I don't know about the situation for 966, I'll keep quiet.
But it won't help if they keep adding splits either. The best thing
that might suit for 966 is to atleast convert 3-4 splits to full
and keeping 5 splits.
Practical is better than theory alright, but keep adding splits
isn't the solution either.
