SBS8675B SG i dont think 163 needs DDs.. everytime i take that bus , the bus is like empty. but i believe , in the near future , where the estates will be built in the near future, in jalan kayu or fernvale lane. the bus will be crowded , 163 is normally crowded in the weekday peaks. During the off peaks there is not much crowds at all. It will be just nice to have 4-5 perm DDs running only on the weekday splits whereas the SDs run full day.
