SBS2790R on 72 is believed to have knocked down a pedestrian
while turning right from Hougang Central to Upper Serangoon Rd. Bus
blocked almost all lanes, leaving only a tiny space on the first
lane for cars and small lorries to squeeze pass. Several traffic
police personnel and one ambulance at the scene.
A 74 DD was unable to turn right into Hougang Central, a 136
Scania was stucked on the first lane as it was unable to pass.
SBS2790R was finally being towed away by a private tow truck
when i returned at 1pm, and traffic returned to normal.
