why so troublesome?
why dont they give the refund on each commuter's next
travel?
with everything computerised nowadays i am sure there are better
ways to do it.
anyway they know very well a lot of people wont be bother coz
its ONLY a few cents.
the trouble and the time take definitely surpassed the
overcharged-amount. refund or not its a lose-lose situation
for commuters.
anyone knows who is the one who came up with the distance fare
idea? a scholar?
Most of the higher ranking civil servants who make the decisions
are scholars. If there are people down below who finds their ideas
absurb, are they in the capacity to override them?
This is how singapore works, just shut up and follow orders, you
want to keep your job or things made difficult for you?
