Concerning 980's deployment, Can it be assumed that:
for weekdays,
5 starts 3 splits - AMDEP will take the 3 splits
6 Starts no splits - WLDEP, assuming 658K 661A 664S 665P
666L 667J are all starting?
Also assuming if there are full 6 starts, Will WLDEP chipping in
rule for full day duties or TQ duties still in effect?
Or rather:
7 starts 1 Split, from AMDEP
4 starts, 2 splits from WLDEP, If AMDEP -1 for full day, +1
for splits. Then WLDEP +1 for full day, -1 split.
