Wonder WLDEP will 1st time intake OC. After removing TIB1248D on
the road, there should be enough space 4 WLDEP, unlike KJ & AM
which got all OC buses alr (not not enough space), unless they wan
2 throw the ex-WL Mercz lik 728, 763, 959, 969 back 2 WLDEP
again.
i think only when the ELBOs & UDs r completely deregistered
(not lay-up status), then WLDEP can take in OCs.
