Banned from the roads, banned to bring in more, or quota
limited? All are different things you know...
Ban from the roads means forever also cannot have. Not even when
Mars hit Earth. All bendies now in Sg must be scrapped when this is
said.
Ban from bringing in more means all bendies de-registered upon
their lifespan will never recieve replacements.
Quota (limit), means can have, but must be brought in as
replacement. One-for-one thing.
So far after so much discussions on bendies, no one have been
able to prove this point clearly, with documents from LTA, so I
suppose that its quota applied.
If banned (from the roads), you must be wondering why there are
still bendies running everyday.
I think is banned from bringing in new bendy buses.
