Actually, I think it's lack of proper timetable planning. When I
see 784D, it is quite packed. 5 mins later, 780P leaves, quite
empty. On the way back to SBW Int, at the Junction of Canberra Road
and Wellington Circle, you can see 784D chionging at the turn, with
780P just behind it, turning from Montreal Drive to Wellington
Circle. Then they bunch at the MRT XD.
lol that time i went to recee sembawang park(afternoon),784 was
travelling normal
speed,low load,then 780 appeared on the other side,chionging,with
medium load.Then when i in the campsite at night a few days
later,both were chionging.like mad.with medium loads.
