Yah. Theres a time when I'm waiting for 960 for 40 mins, its
like waiting for 922 lah.
Svc 960 buses are horrible. The bendies mostly have non-working
aircon at the rear and they tend to bunch together at night in the
direction towards WL when KJE and PIE have massive jams.
TIB1043C breakdown earlier this month due to non-working aircon
at rear.
