I was thinking since the bus thread in sgwiki is well set-up, I
wanted to create a aviation thread similar to that, of all
Singapore-registered planes(9V-xxx).
Am I allowed to create it? Or is there pre-requisites too?
allowed. no pre-requisites as the rules doesn't go beyond sgwiki
buses unless any sysops wants to go beyond that (any other pages in
sgwiki are not regulated besides sgwiki buses and perhaps sgwiki
trains).
