PTO's Website = SMRT. SMRT will not provide solutions with
SBST's services like what Gothere.sg does, vice versa. Hence your
reply saying 138 -> 927 didn't make sense.
Yes, he can use Gothere.sg, provided if he knows about it, which
in this case, he seemingly doesn't know about it.
