Add chickenlittle2's set for 0369M, and with that, I think all
the 31/10 batch of SLBP buses are spare except for 0376S and 0377P,
which most likely SLBP will refurbish and extend its lifespan.
The whole batch, consisting 11 buses, are 0351 0356 0357 0363
0366 0367 0369 0372 0373 0375. 0359 not counted because it already
had lifespan extension since AMDEP days.
