God knows... These days SMRT's deployment is quite messed up.. Service 190 is already a very good example to show.. Most of the 115x series ended up on Service 190...

Service 31 had fleet reduction late last year. Think it was SP/31 instead. (meaning its an exclusive spare bus for 31 as it hops around the DD timings when the perm DDs go for pm).
