I believe they will use it for spare parts just in case another one pops up. You see ah, 0696A only front gone when it slam into the pillar after e-way while on 985. Back still fine. So I guess the rear section can be saved for spare parts. Front is confirm gone one.

That's not whole front. Just the radiator cover. TIB 0939 A think last time because of floods it's radiator cover was damaged and they put a Hispano Mercedes cover as replacement. Laughing

yeah. basically for SMRT buses, all the radiators are at the right-offside, beside the engine compartment, except for the DAFs, which are at the front. with the radiator placed at the front, that explains the 'ugly' bodywork.

TIB939A is back on service 852 as of yesterday, its front is being replaced by its original Dennis Lance cover
