xunmengzitu SG 'P' driver makes right turn, bangs into traffic light STOMPer Ah Kiat sent in this picture of this accident at Tampines Ave 8 which caused damage to a traffic light yesterday (31 Oct). It was at the T-Junction of Tampines Ave 8 and Tampines Ave 1. The red P plate Suzuki Swift in front of me was making a right turn when it crashed into a traffic light just outside the Caltex station. It seemed like no one was injured he concluded. STOMP has contacted the Police and this is their reply. Police received a call on 31 Oct at about 430 pm informing us of a traffic accident involving a car and bus. The driver of the car was conveyed to Changi General Hospital and was conscious at the time. No one else was injured. Police are currently investigating the accident.
