Wow! A patchy safety and maintainence record for the VSOs, with one of them being the rear wheels falling off (SBS 9844Z) and now the exit door falling off (SBS 9817C).

Also notice that the two are from AMDEP and BRBP (both are interchangeable)? How did both of them handle their VSO until it came to such a state?

There was an incident where one of the doors of the MRT train fell off some time back. It damaged a few of the sliding doors of the Outram Park Station.
