Volvo Olympian SG

Service 38 also cannot use DD due to the narrow roads in Simei? Along St 1 if im not wrong.

SBS9806J SG

Didn't 502 use to have DDs when it went to Sengkang?

Volvo Olympian SG

Yup , it does have DD. I only know SBS9888Y which is on 502 at that time.

321, 322 n 328 used to have VO2x(they seemed to be sharing the same VO2x) last time too.

Volvo Olympian SG

The bus should be perm on 56 now. That one is just a rare cameo only.

SBS1985C SG

Hey hello. S291 and 293 had LAs hor.

bus555 SG

i know i know

105090 SG

why not? DD and normal als same length..

simei part of 38 was served by 290 which had bendies

those NAC scanias on 90 94 265.. yeah.. SBS just want to dump them there.. cos really not much services to deploy to..

actually feeder really deserve NAC more.. Ac also wasted for short journey..

AC bus on 90 can collect more fares also dont want

musli_bar SG

Narrow roads doesn't really matter. It's the turns along the narrow roads that matter.

sbst275 SG

Feeder short haul rts somemore...

Long haul still NAC, they have no rights to be FAC esp due to the 25c vs 5c fare diff

Cos 25c fare diff is peanuts... 1c fare hike across the board isn't Mr. Green

stooper SG

179 is NTU... Wink
And also, it happened before! I remember a few years ago, 9058B broke down (with engine cover open) when leaving the bus stop on the upslope (Sch of CSE)!

136 Have LO3x in the fleet to cater the high demand of students going to Sengkang / Punggol Area. Used to have LO2x and VO2x when it was doing AMK - Upp Serangoon Rd (Loop).

291 Used to have LO2x VO2x VO3x

502 Used to have Tridents, VO3x, VSO

139 Used to have LO2x, LO3x (W/d in 1999 due to lack in demand)

358,Think the St 41 roads,S109 can use DDs or not?I think the turn at Serangoon saw berth areas are too narrow for 3 axles DD??

sbst275 SG

Sv 139 demand is high

Some trips can be fully loaded from Toa Payoh... It's more likely to the road conditions at Jalan Rajah/ Ah Hood Rd

sbst275 SG

Actually to think abt it

double deck boleh, but kena gag order with regards to aircon ones Laughing

105090 SG

that time long ago always see some DD parked at the saw berths.. so maybe can?
