off_service SG Yes.. Changi Airport height limit is around 3.8 metres. I heard once TIBS had a bendy trial on 858.. apparently it failed...

SBS9888Y SG svc 28 turn in tampines like loads of struggles leh… and orchard turn always jam up because buses turn into orchard turn from orchard link, need to use all the lanes (2lanes) and the long queue by cars to enter Ngee Ann City on the right lane causes it to obstruct buses from turning… esp 143 DDs… weekdays sometime can jam quite badly if alot of buses… but the road cant be widened further izzit? i like it when the 143 DDs pass behind Wisma… like as though we go backlane like that… svc 92 BCs when use mark IIs/IIIs always have trouble traveling inside pandan… svc 42 BCs seem to be maneouvering alot but like still manageable for them… actually all single laned area… like pasir panjang… etc… quite troublesome esp fer DDs
carbikebus SG I think most of their Double Decker coaches(2 on citybus routes which CityLiner operate it) makes more fools to our buses,Imagine their MAN 18.250 are far more nicer than our stupid looking MKIIIs.

swee_heng SG Btw wat i think is that 26 , 32 , 33 , 35 , 38 , 54 , 101 , 186 should have no problem using DDs , but why they dun have DD? I knew that 26 used to have DDs if i’m not wrong.
kengkia SG for 26 maybe the demand is not there considering the short route and it's used mainly for travelling direct from TPY to bedok , or from TPY to geylang or bedok to geylang or else there's not much demand for it.....yes... 186 do have DD before on VO2x.....same thing due to low demand lor....then now use SD

Airbus330Captain SG Sv 26 used to be operated by HGdepot and during the time when svc 26 were operating Mercedes O305 and at that time, a few of the new Volvo 3 axles 95XX series ( were deployed on the service. After the mercedes O305 were retired, the VO 3 axles stayed on svc 26 until the service together with 25 were transferred to AMKdepot (at the same time, SBST took over Sengkang and Punggol area). Initially AMKdepot deployed LO 3 axles on 26 for a few weeks before the DDs were removed and since then it's been operating mercedes buses.
