SBS9806J SG So far 14 B9TLs: SBS7413Y SBS7418J SBS7446C There was one on Friday So far for 65: SBS7376X SBS7405X This is all that I know. But still no luck
SBS 233 X SG 14 still has SBS7355G, SBS7349A, SBS7343R and another one today. 65 has SBS7403B, SBS7389J, SBS7343R, SBS7446C and SBS7418J.
eX.A.K.R. SG Spotted a B9TL on route 161 today, but can’t remember the exact registration. It was one of the newer B9TLs, that had the SBS Transit-themed ez-link card readers and no signages at the wheelchair area indicating which bus stops are not accessible for wheelchair users; I think it was either 7458 or 7459…
brotherchen1982 SG The B9s are from other Services cameo on Service 30. SBS7376X(BN 7), SBS7358Z(BN 2) are spotted doing cameo for Service 30.
eX.A.K.R. SG I wonder if anyone noticed anything peculiar about the B9TLs in regard to an SBS Transit "tradition"... Look at the top deck windscreen of a B9TL without advertising stickers on it. Compare it to any other double-deck bus of SBS Transit without advertising stickers on the front windscreen. What do you (don't) see? I hope someone already realised this before me...
Superbus SG SBS Transit stickers? Apparently those stickers have not been re-applied on the windscreen for quite some time now, particularly those which was removed for advertising stickers. Take a look at the numerous VOs, LOs and VSOs.
eX.A.K.R. SG Yes, but they were never applied to the B9TLs in the first place. The VO2Xes also didn't have this stickers until the rebranding of SBS into SBS Transit - the stickers used to identify SBS' Superbuses (i.e. air-conditioned double-decks) with the Superbus logo, but the rebranding turned it into a normal SBS Transit logo. I guess they decided to slap it onto the windscreens of the VO2Xes for consistency, but... why are they missing from the B9TLs?
off_service SG SBST is the only company with DD.. all the new buses are aircon.. So.. they don't see the need for the logo? Infact it's a good thing since they don't have to keep peeling it off as the adverts now frequently use that space.
Superbus SG Echoing off_service's reply, SBST might have realised that there are no positive outcome with the stickers. Precisely why they weren't re-applied on older Superbuses and none from the beginning on the B9TLs.
SBS9806J SG I think the second one is correct. Notice a bus with the sticker. If a bus gets e.g. the panda eyes ad, when they take the ad off, the sticker is not there. So no need for sticker wat.
QX5216J SG duh. probably u can ask this 'did anyone notice that some buses on sv 88 had SBS colours or Superbus logo infront?'
