It's quite long ago by the way so I am going to post some things
on buses.
1. The other day, I was on SBS 2760C (51 SLBP)
cameoing on Service 66. Apart from that nice rego, the others
weren't satisfactory. The first thing I noticed was that when the
entrance door was closed, it gave out a sizzling sound. But that
was far from all. When the bus stopped at a traffic junction, the
engine sound almost went dead! As if I was about to rush to get a
breakdown ticket.
Soon Lee buses are that bad?
2. One part of the exit door on SBS 9177R (168
AMDEP) was not covered. The cover, meant to protect the
mechanism for the door was missing.
Picture:

Notice that there is a hole on the right of the exit door? The
cover had been removed.
3. The wearing of staircase strips on DD's had gone worse. Not only
was SBS 9252G (196 BNDEP) and SBS 9829T
(28 BRBP) affected, another DD, SBS 9144K (72
AMDEP) was also affected. SBS 9144K is gone case. One big
part of it had come out!
Picture:

The strip had come loose due to the weakening of the glue. Also,
when I took this picture, it was raining and the floor was wet. It
is a very big danger to all passengers, so please be aware when you
board this bus and you wish to go to the upper deck.
