The case of SBS7253S is the worst . The whole bus is gutted. Thats beyond repair . Repairing the bus will cost a bomb.

I think that was probably 1998 (151). The fire on the Svc 111 Mk IV seems fairly recent. Confused

seems that there's many buses on fire lately. is it because the staff forgot to top up water, the warning devices are faulty, electrical short-circuit, buses got over-worked, etc etc?

I hope the bus companies conduct a review and implement corrective measures.
Its too high a price to pay for losing a bus due to such incidents.

Ya . I've seen one bus fire video from mexico . Its very devastating . People are still fleeing from the burning bus when the bus is already almost engulfed in flames . Many people are treated for burns as a result . Luckily there was no deaths . Its really fortunate for Singaporeans that they weren't in such a horrible situation which will be a hell of their lifetime. Neutral
