Chances are now that all the CSS buses are coming, it is enough to replace any 853 bus that is broken down .

I agree. The current fleet is more than enough to support the loads. Also, service 167 compliments it from Thomson Road onwards.

Like normal loh , there was once i took it to school 2 years ago and the bus turn in Teck whye lane there and its normal

oh for gods sake. the turning radius of bendybus is way smaller than a normal 12m. thats why they cna do stunts easily

if a 12m bus cn do it so cn a bendy bus and even easier at tht.

however when it comes to 3 point turns, bendies may need more space to negotiate. however the 975 turn at LCk shd be able to do. the driver will have to engage rear carriage driving a lot and maybe try some 5 times. lols

for those who wish to see bendy do stunts. sit bus 61 or bus 800 or bus 300.

Also try taking bus 188 or 963 bendy from HBF int. then u know what is stunt.

975: I don't think that's the reason. remember svc 82 bendies used to make their spectacular u-turns at Punggol Rd End?

925: Average pax loads are not that high to deserve bendies too.

There was once Service 920 have Volgren Bendy , I think is TIB1182J in 2004 if im not wrong. I don't think SMRT would want to deploy anymore bendies due to their LRT.

For Bt Batok Service , i think the old 365 (the now 945) have bendy before , not sure which rego..

B'cos of the short bend bef the T-junctions at both ends of Old LCK Rd, even a normal bus(towards LCK Rd End/BPJ) has to wait bef the bend/drive toward the kerb when another bus(towards BPJ/LCK Rd End) wants to turn into Old LCK Rd from/to Lim Chu Kang Rd.

Take 975 to Sg Gedong Camp during NS. Wink

Maybe Events at National Stadium like National Day (But no chance already, since NDP now shift to Marina Bay)? Seriously I dont recall seeing a Bendy 853 when Singapore plays big teams in the Tiger Cup/ASEAN Football C'ships.
