off-topic: this forum no thread on guidelines de arh? most
sections in sgf have that... at least when ppl break any rule, the
management can use the regulations to back up their stand against
so-and-so forumner for breaking a regulation.
im asking this bcos sometimes ppl reveal stuff that seems sensitive
or are irrational in their postings, and due to that reason
fights/quarrels/illogical speculations often evolve.
