Yes, it is a red decal and a present day ez-link card. LTA PILOT
TEST ended on 17 Feb 2001, and refund for all Pilot Test Cards
ended on 31 Mar 2001. ez-link card starts it debut on 1 Apr 2002,
with the phasing out of magnetic farecards.
On 15 Nov 2002, all sales and revaluation of magnetic farecards had
stopped and all passengers must switch to ez-link, as all magnetic
farecards will become invalid for travelling from 1 Dec 2002
onwards. Refunds & replacement of valid magnetic farecards can
only be made at TransitLink Ticket Office @ Buona Vista. (Refunded
for up to 4 years & Replacement for 2 years from last
revalution or purchase of farecards)
Anyway, Svc 238 & 261 were the first feeder svcs to give PAC
status in 1999, if I'm not wrong.
