ZYX2005 SG to clarify: yes it is mannual. very easy to operate. release safety cover. pull and swing out. voila done. cna be done in 4 secs. to put back u must put the safety catch back toehrwise ppl might trip over the handle n fall. ----------------------------------------- ZYX

alex_cai92 SG FYI, one of the reason for our dear VSO not being wheel-chair friendly is bcoz of the central divider...for weaker ppl to hold on...so i tink it is a clever move to haf the wheelchair ramp at the back while not taking away the central divider...
