correct, feeders are mainly people staying in the estate,
example i take is Lorong 8. ppl satys in lor 8 all take 238., all
know the route by heart.
only thing is when there is a customer who dosent stya at lor 8,
but is taking 238 for other purposes. then may need to ask for the
route.
Feeders has a big problem for such customers. with roads and blocks
having almost the same names, very hard for them to
differentiate.
St 21, St 22, St 33, Blk 295, Blk 295A, Blk 295F, all same colour,
same design, how to differentiate? EDS for feeder is more
appropriate. Guides not so. Can always refer to interchange
info.
