Apex-LW'21 SG BTW, it's actually called BUS GUIDE 1976. I know all svcs are OMO. The last OMO information was shown in the TL guide 1994.
CAIX SG The Mighty Mind Version 2005 of the bus guide has been released on 1st October 2005. Same cost, $3.50, nothing new, just added some new services. I can say that the Mighty Mind Bus Guide is a Copycat version of the Transitlink Guide.
iveco SG Will 159 be listed as a loop service or round trip in the 2006 TL guide? I know the online version still says it is a loop service from TAP despite the SBST eguide saying it is bi-directional, with the first leg starting from SKG. As for 183, the info on this route has been updated on TL's eguide.
Apex-LW'21 SG The TL Guide 2006 information can be found on the TL website! NEW TRANSITLINK GUIDE 2006 FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORT COMMUTERS
tanjun SG I wish to ask whether which guide is better between the Mighty Mind Bus Guide or the Transitlink Bus Guide. One gd thing about Mighty Mind Bus Guide is that there are bus services labelled at each bus stops. So, one knows exactly which are the buses plying on each service. But Transitlink Bus Guide is more detailed about fares be it adult fares or concession fares or stamps.
Apex-LW'21 SG Does the TL Guide contain the list of Bus Stop Code Nos.? (eg. Hougang South Int: 63009, Jln Boon Lay - Blk 695C: 21361)
kc_leung SG Mighty Minds has TNC-operated services inside (I.e, Jurong Island Services). TL guide stopped publishing them after SBST withdrew them.
tanjun SG In my transitlink bus guide, they contain only the road name and the landmark and fare stages. But I quite like the colours being used in TL Guides. Mighty Minds Guides doesn't utilise much colours. Maybe I buy both guides. Then no need to think so hard of choosing. Heheh!!!
SGEMP SG It is "Mighty Minds Singapore BUS GUIDE & BUS-STOP DIRECTORY NEW 2006 EDITION" I purchased my copy of this yesterday night at Books Kinokuniya (Ngee Ann City) at the cost of $3.90. Take note of the significant changes: 1) Service 2 had its first bus timings from City changed (earlier by 1 mins) 2) 97e, 174e are included. 3) Svc 125A is removed. 4) Mistakes found in the service 225 guide: all the first and last bus timings are printed wrongly. 5) Service 170# (the blue plate svc from Kranji MRT<>JB Kota Raya 2) included but as (Queen Street<>JB Kota Raya 2) 6) Extended version of 925C included 7) BP 540 is removed. (Is it withdrawn and if yes then when it was withdrawn for what reasons?) TNC 714 disappeared from the 2006 version of the guide. I suspected that it was merged with 715 given the 715 had "added stops" including Jurong East interchange. (When and why this occur?) More to come...
