Today very angry with the service waited for 20 mins for a bus to come at Punggol Rd that side and Kovan Hub that side too. At night it is difficult to wait for the bus but other service also like that. Hope they can improve the frequency to about 10-15mins for non-peak??? and 8-10 mins for peak hours.

Not only 119, i think that 112 and 113 and 115 are also quite hard to wait too.

Sv 115 the waiting time is very long about 23mins to about 40+mins(for the BC to eat his lunch) which can wait until sleep already. Sv 113 the waiting time is good during the day and peak hours especially waiting time about 5 mins and can see two buses together. 113 during peak hours will specialy deploy bus at Kovan MRT to bring those people back home at their Lor Ah Soo that area so it is good. While 112 waiting time is so long just like 119 sometimes two same services come already then that service come. They should do the same like 113 by deploying bus at Kovan MRT as more people take from there to go home.

113 frequency has increased very sharply. look at its AM peak: 13 mins.. also very ppl take in AM peak

What are you saying of the no of people taking the bus in the AM peak is it a lot or few only. Sv 113 have a lot of people take especially those aunties who shop finish at Kovan Market who go back home, school students too taking and also the evening crowd after they got home from the their office by NEL which there is only the bus from that area to go to Lor Ah Soo with 115 not operating at that hour just after 1830.

Yes You are right. Although 113 still have itz own demands, But, Since the opening of NEL, ppl over at Lor Ah Soo prefers taking 53 home from Serangoon as no matter what, they do save by a few cents.. and, no matter what, the freq of 53 is alwayz higher than 113 due to the fact that 53 serves the airport which is famous for high freq of under 12mins during peak.

from HG central/MRT to ave 9, theres 72, a faster route than sv112. ppl would rather choose the faster and shorter route (if going to HG central). even sv325/sv112 cant beat sv72 to the nearest MRT station. for me, i usually take 112 if i am going to kovan to get somethings,, but not for the purpose of the MRT, as HG or S’goon is still my preferred choice

To Hougang Central, yes, it's faster. But service 112 is the only link from Ave 7 to Kovan station and St 21.

Sv 112 the fleet half of it is non-aircon and are they going to full air-con soon??
Now Sv 113 is fully air-con since early of this year as last time it was initally to have partial-air con fleet. Same goes for Sv 101 too.
