SMRT gets to run Circle Line, 93 and 165 are operated by SBST.
SBST will still keep these 2 lines.
Hougang, AMK, Upper Thomson, Ulu Pandan are not served by Circle
Line. If SBST withdraw 165 (unless otherwise ordered by LTA), they
lose the competition with SMRT. Same goes to 93, it can be stayed,
to fill up the pockets left out by Circle Line.
Another route we should concerned is 24. Besides AMK Ave 1, Boundary Rd, parts of
Upper Paya Lebar Rd, parts of New Upper Changi Rd, it is
duplicating with North South Line, Circle Line and East West
Line.
