There are only a few reputed bus manufacturers out there in the
market. Do take note that if you want cheaper bus, then you have to
bear the brunt of buses breaking down more often which will disrupt
schedules and there will spend more time in the wksp than on the
roads means more maintenance, higher costs for parts and mechanics
which will ultimately means an increase in bus fares!
Only major players have survived like Volvo, MB, Dennis, Scania,
Nissan. These are trustworthy and they come with a cost. SBST's
CRBs have survived 17years and they still can go on if not for
LTA's mandatory bus shelf life ruling.
