Note that they run on the eves of Public Holidays, thus they run
on the 24th and 31st.
401 did not run on 30th dec.
It will never run on Friday, not even permanent, but only when it
is an eve of a public holiday or it falls on the public holiday
itself.
Public Holidays and their eves have first priority over the
day of the week, and will run on Sunday and Saturday schedules
respectively.
