No, it isn't. 518 goes to Elias Road via Drive 3 before hitting Drive 1 and down to Tampines. It doesn't go by 15's route.

62 should return to the city. It can cover 70 down to Shenton Way/Suntec City while 70 ends at New Bridge Rd.

62: Punggol-Shenton Way

Normal route to Geylang Rd, Mountbatten Rd, Nicoll Hwy, Esplanade Dr, Fullerton Rd, Raffles Quay, Shenton Way, Palmer Rd and Shenton Way Ter.

Return via Palmer Rd, Anson Rd, Cecil St, Fullerton Rd, Esplanade Dr, Nicoll Hwy, Mountbatten Rd, Sims Ave and normal route to Punggol.

62X: Punggol-Suntec City

Normal route to Geylang Rd, Mountbatten Rd, Nicoll Hwy, Temasek Ave, Blvd, Raffles Ave, Nicoll Hwy, Mountbatten Rd, Sims Ave and normal route to Punggol.

70: Yio Chu Kang-New Bridge Rd (24/7)

Normal route to Nicoll Hwy, Stamford Rd, Hill St, New Bridge Rd, New Bridge Rd Ter.

Return via Eu Tong Sen St, High St, (St Andrew's Rd), Nicoll Hwy, normal route to Yio Chu Kang.

Service 3. It had to 'turn here turn there' in Tampines and Pasir Ris and wasted so much time on the journey. Shouldn't merge 294 & 357.
Service 38. It also 'turn here turn there' in Simei. Blame SBST for merging 220 & 290. Should have left the 2 poor fellows alone.

If they reroute Sv 38 it would loose its usefulness. It is the only service in Tampines that serves Bedok South & Simei (Well Sv 9 serves Simei & Sv 12 serves Bedok South but they dont ply Tampines Central).

Same with Sv 3. There are already direct routes through Pasir Ris ie Sv 39 & 81 so no point of Sv 3 duplicating them. Also, Sv 3 serves alot of streets in Pasir Ris that are not served or little served by other services (ie Pasir Ris St 21) and acts like a feeder service for PSR residents.

Service 189 currently loop at Kent Ridge terminal. Currently, there is no service to PPFT and WCFT.

There are already services from Clementi (service 96.) and Bt Batok (service 188.) to NUS.

In my opinion, service 38 should be re-routed to ply Upp Changi Rd and Bedok Rd instead of Upp Changi Rd East. I don't see the need of serving S'pore Expo.

Upp Changi & Bedok Rds are already quite well served, with three services all having DDs, while Expo is rather underserved.

Sv. 38 should ply Expo because it's underserved.

There is a stretch of Upp Changi Rd only ply by service 2. Service 38 can ply this stretch to bring pax to and fro Simei MRT station.

Expo already has a MRT station next to it. Those in Simei and Tampines can take the trains while those in Bedok South can take service 12.
