Punggol is still relatively undeveloped. besides, all the trunk
services coming out of Pg Int have almost the same routes which is
where the resident base is now (think 3, 83, 84). furthermore, once
the LRT (east loop) starts operations, the trunk svcs may be
amended as they duplicate the LRT line, and it will also mark the
demise of svc 84.
if any feeders are to be introduced (in the long term when Pg 21 is
fully developed), it will be to Pg Rd End and Coney Island as these
2 areas do not have LRT coverage.
