I know this thread has been long over but I would like to add
something.
This island, by LTA and the government is divided into 7
parts:
North, Northwest, Northeast, West, Central, East, Southwest.
I'll make it clear that CCK & BB was exchanged not because of
geographical reasons. TIBS was to control the North district, not
the Northwest. Northwest was supposed to be controlled by SBS(1973)
but as a result of the NEL, it was exchanged for the Northeast. LTA
decided on the exchange as they wanted "seamless" travel in one
area, which basically doesn't make sense...you should know
why.
So, this exchange was part of a *[email protected]&*^@* programme by the LTA,
which doesn't make sense!
