I looked at the photo I posted above which features a B7RLE, I can see that the rego is PA and not RU.

I guess SDC owns the B7RLEs while Woodlands Transport owns the HarbourFront - VAC route buses. However, I have seen the latter operating on internal services (blue, red and yellow lines) last week.

The number of PA-registered Volvo B7RLEs is very small.

I believe the B7Rs are bought to beef up the internal services operated by WT.
